Production Chief

Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate production activities, ensuring the proper allocation of human, technical, and material resources to meet production targets.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and define improvement actions to address significant deviations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant operations, ensure operational continuity, and resolve high-impact incidents.
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues during equipment operation, escalating to the maintenance team when necessary.
- Manage assigned personnel and handle workforce-related matters.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Related Fields.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
Work Location: Puna (14x14 roster)
