Pond Engineer

Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of evaporation ponds, controlling brine distribution and pond levels to ensure optimal lithium concentration.
- Design and implement brine sampling programs, monitoring key chemical parameters for quality control.
- Optimize lithium concentration through dynamic adjustments of brine transfer, evaporation areas, and flow rates.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks (crystallization, dilution, losses) to ensure a continuous supply.
- Analyze long-term trends (evaporation, weather conditions, and concentration) to maximize process capacity and stability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pond operations or brine management.
- Intermediate English proficiency (mandatory).
- Strong operational management and technical analysis skills related to lithium concentration processes.
Work Location: Puna
Work Schedule: 14x14 Rotation (Roster)
